Job Summary:
The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in our Retail and Sales department. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively identify and close sales opportunities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to handle client concerns and complaints.
